1997: Chengdu Kailekai Co., Ltd was founded as the Union Pilot production base of Chengdu Institute of Organic Chemistry, the Chinese Academy of Sciences
2001:Lizhu Pharmaceutical group Co. invested into Chengdu Kailekai Co.Ltd and changed the name to Chengdu Likai Chiral Tech.Co.,LTD (LKChiral)
 2005:We obtained the platform of National Engineering Research Center of Chiral Drugs, which was authorized and supported by the National Development and Reform Commission of China, and the Key Laboratory of Asymmetric Synthesis and Chirotechnology of Sichuan Province (KLASC) was merged into LKChiral.
2005: Chengdu Organic Chemistry Co., Ltd., Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Zhejian Jinhua Conba Bio-pharm. Co., Ltd. invested into LKChiral.
 Nov, 2008: Dayi New production base started to run.
